Ban appeals take 2-7 days.
Hacked account recovery (without items) take 2-7 days.
Hacked account recovery (with items) take 5-30 days. Items that were lost more than 30 days after an account was compromised are most likely unrecoverable. Make sure to reach out to admins in Discord to get your compromised account locked right away.
Please be mindful that we can get backed up during work intense times which can double ticket resolution time.
