Submitting tickets & the e-mail address used

Please make sure to submit your ticket with the e-mail address used on the account.

 

If you were hacked and your e-mail address was changed, you must still submit a ticket with the original e-mail address.

 

Tickets submitted with e-mail addresses that were never linked to the account you are trying to recover will be closed with a notification of this subject.
